The Site Director is responsible for the overall daily operations of a site with the primary concern for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery. Job Description
As an Armored Driver Guard, you work with your team to ensure the safe and secure pickup and delivery of cash, coin, and valuables.

Responsibilities
· Drive automatic armored vehicles and other vehicles on designated routes servicing customer locations
· Service ATMs and Smart Safes
· Service customer stops, including delivering customer change orders and picking up deposits. 
· Load/unload vehicle cargo including multiple bags and boxes of coins 
· Count items, record, and sign for cargo items
· Other duties as assigned by management 

Requirements
· At least 21 years of age
· At least a 3 year driving record
· Ability to obtain Medical Examiners Certificate via US Department of Transportation approved medical examiners
· A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms requirements may be required

Working Conditions
· Full-time schedule potentially consisting of an average 40 to 50 hours/week, with minimum of 5 days during a 6-day period. Occasional weekend work

POSITION: The Parks, Facilities, and Permits Director
 
SUMMARY
The Parks, Facilities &amp; Permits Director is responsible for overseeing the operations, safety, and maintenance of all public parks, recreational facilities, and athletic courts (pickleball, basketball, tennis). This position reports directly to the Superintendent of Recreation &amp; Parks and serves as acting department head when the Superintendent is unavailable. The Parks, Facilities &amp; Permits Director supervises the Working Grounds Foreman, manages capital projects, collaborates with other departments, and supports community-wide initiatives related to parks and facility use.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Oversee maintenance and improvement of parks, athletic fields, courts, and school grounds.</li>
<li>Lead development and implementation of maintenance standards, facility policies, and scheduling protocols.</li>
<li>Supervise and evaluate the Working Grounds Foreman, part-time, and seasonal staff.</li>
<li>Manage capital improvement and construction projects, coordinate with vendors and departments.</li>
<li>Conduct regular inspections of parks and facilities to ensure safety and compliance.</li>
<li>Analyze facility usage data to recommend operational improvements and capital priorities.</li>
<li>Use facility management software for scheduling, reporting, and resource tracking.</li>
<li>Respond to field safety concerns, equipment failures, and urgent maintenance issues.</li>

<li>Engage with community groups and sports leagues to meet evolving facility needs.</li>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

<li>Bachelors degree in Parks &amp; Recreation, Public Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.</li>
<li>Four to six years of progressive experience in parks/facilities management or municipal operations, with supervisory responsibilities.</li>
<li>Knowledge of turf management, court and field maintenance, and seasonal operations (e.g., beaches, athletic fields).</li>
<li>Proficiency with project management and facility scheduling software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with ADA, OSHA, and CPSC safety standards.</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and public-facing skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of and ability to oversee troubleshooting and operation of specialized equipment used in parks and facilities (e.g., HVAC systems, turf maintenance equipment, lighting, or public safety systems).</li>
