Responsibilities

<li>Maintain all property components including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, life safety, doors, windows, flooring, and roof systems</li>

Position Summary
The Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of their assigned program within our New Way/ ABI division. They will work under the direction of the Program Coordinator to uphold the highest standard for all people receiving services.

Schedule: Sunday 9am-5pm, Monday through Wednesday 12pm-8pm, Thursday 8am-4pm (40h)
Key Responsibilities

<li>Shift set up and planning through the use of effective communication, shift-planning sheets and regular updates with the Floating Supervisor.</li>
<li>Maintaining program scheduling and ensuring staffing ratios are adequate at all times.</li>
<li>Monitor substance counts, medication ordering, posting and verifying of medications.</li>
<li>Monitoring of money counts, petty cash and check requests with the oversight of the Program Coordinator.</li>
<li>Work with the program coordinator to hire, onboard, and train new employees.</li>

<li>Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role</li>
<li>Experience in planning maintenance operations</li>
<li>Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.</li>

Summary:
As a result of ongoing growth, WRRE is adding a&nbsp;Commercial &amp; Residential Handyman&nbsp;to the team. This position is responsible for the timely resolution of facility issues for the company. The position also requires travel throughout the Raveis footprint with offices located throughout CT, MA, NY, FL, SC, and NH to handle maintenance tickets and to check on office conditions.

Essential Functions: &nbsp;
Commercial &amp; Residential Handyman: a variety of maintenance and general repair upkeep work at various offices including residential repairs including:
<ul>
<li>Cleaning and maintenance of common spaces, hallways &amp; stairwells, assess water leaks – basements &amp; roofs.</li>
<li>Regularly replaces or repairs: windows, latches, screens, hinges, doors, shelves, base boards, mirrors and closets, cabinets, and countertops.</li>
<li>Light general plumbing repairs and replacement of leaking fixtures, faucets, valves, garbage disposal and toilets.</li>
<li>General carpentry services related to painting, blinds, shades, drywall, caulk, grout, install TVs &amp; brackets, hang accessories, change door locks</li>
</ul>
o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assist with furniture installs and clean ups.
o&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Move office furniture (lateral cabinets, desks)

<li>Assist in exterior maintenance by performing landscape and horticultural maintenance, including manual labor such as walkway/driveway cleanup, weeding, shoveling, lifting, mulching, watering, or transporting materials as needed to ensure an organized and neat building appearance.</li>

We are seeking a part-time Grounds Keeper for our Apartment Community. The ideal candidate should be organized, skilled and attention to detail. 
Essential Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Inspect common areas and grounds to monitor the appearance, cleanliness, maintenance, attractiveness, and safety of the property.</li>
<li>Clean and maintain pool area when open for use.</li>
<li>Coordinate daily activities by giving progress updates, communicate frequently with operations staff on daily activities and perform any tasks within the area of grounds.</li>
<li>Maintain courteous helpful demeanor with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc.</li>
<li>Perform all duties related to grounds upkeep and some cleaning. All entry level.</li>
