Other Duties: The Community Living Instructor (CLI) is expected to devote no more than 10% of work hours to other duties. Implement program curricula working with participants on daily objectives and goals. 2. Directly deliver individual and group learning experiences to assist each participant served in obtaining his/her IPP objective. 3. Maintain data regarding participant progress. 4. Prepare teaching material for Independent Living Skills Training and Support Service sessions. 5. Schedule participant session time and programming according to their Individual Service Plan and the Training domains. 6. See Individual participants in their home to train, teach and provide support in: money management, nutrition, cooking, comparison shopping, emergency procedures, community education, counseling and crisis intervention. 7. Coordinate participant training programs with other programs with which they are involved. 8. Report suspected abuse immediately to supervisor, case manager and other appropriate agencies as instructed. Complete special incident report within 24 hours. 9. HHA or CNA certification is desired, but a strong work history with elderly clients would be seriously considered if applicant was non-certified.&nbsp; The on-call caregiver has potential to make a significant amount of money. Full time work, overtime pay and a flat rate on call payment could all be combined in one pay period to make for a large payout.&nbsp; Referral bonus, sign on bonus, mileage pay, merit bonus, holiday pay and more are also available.&nbsp; The main function of the on-call&nbsp;caregiver is to be available outside of regular business hours to the On Call Supervisor in order to fill last minute call outs and urgent client needs.&nbsp; To assist clients in their own homes with activities of daily living, boost their spirits, and significantly improve their quality of life, by delivering quality and safe home health care services. Shift Details:
We are currently searching for a Resident Assistant to join the following shift: (insert specific time). Please note, this may change throughout employment as needed with notice. 
Primary Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Safely assist residents with ADL’s. Common ADLs include safe transferring, assistance with personal hygiene, memory care stimulation, and social interaction.</li>
<li>Reporting any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors.</li>
<li>Complete documentation in resident records regarding vitals, leisure activities, incidents, and observations throughout, and no later than, the end of shift.</li>
<li>Following the schedule of the resident's needs set out by the supervisor.</li>
<li>Providing emotional and social support to residents.</li>
<li>Adhering to all policies and procedures of the community.</li>
<li>Fulfilling other duties as assigned by the supervisor.</li>
<li>Regular and predictable attendance daily.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications, skills, and abilities:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent (GED)</li>
<li>One year of related work experience preferred, CNA preferred</li>
<li>Ability to safely assist residents with ADL’s.</li>
<li>Skilled in caring for residents with memory impairments and secondary diagnosis.</li>
<li>Ability to work with the elderly in a courteous and friendly manner, demonstrating patience and compassion.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a calm and professional manner and present a clean and professional image to reassure the residents and families.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with families, residents, 3rd party providers, community leaders and co-workers. </li>
<li>Ability to safely handle food in accordance with facility policies and procedures, as well as all state and federal regulations.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge and understanding of state regulations.</li>
<li>Ability to speak, read and write in English.</li>
