Summary: The Direct Support Professional 2 will support and assist in Level 2 residential programs. The Director of Early Childhood Programs provides leadership and oversight to all OCPCC children’s center-based programs to ensure they are high-quality, accessible, educational programs that are aligned with OCPCC’s mission, vision, and goals. This position serves as a mentor, consultant, leader, coach, and supervisor. While there is not a large element of direct teaching, maintaining a regular and consistent presence in classrooms is essential for mentoring and supporting staff. Location: Orange County Parent Child Center’s Woodlands Campus, Randolph, VT Terms: Permanent, exempt, full-time. Occasional evenings or weekends for events, trainings, or emergencies. Reports to: OCPCC Executive Director Duties Administrative and program oversight, staff supervision and development, family engagement and conflict resolution, and grant oversight.

<li>Responsible for administrative tasks, including but not limited to; parent contracts, child files, attendance, supporting the finance director in billing tuition and receiving payments including subsidy billing and payments, timesheets, staff evaluations, communications systems with parents. <li>Provide a timely annual performance evaluation for each teacher and assistant teacher (usually in the Spring of each year), and a 90-day review for all new hires in accordance with OCPCC’s personnel policies.</li>

<li>Recruit and enroll children into Early Education programs. Be responsible for full enrollment and managing a healthy balance of programming.</li>
<li>Responsible for staff schedules and substitute coverage for absences. Develop and maintain a system for arranging staff coverage when you are not able to do it.</li>

We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as part-time childcare staff for our After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year. 
 
 
LOCATION: James Faulkner Elementary School in Stoddard, NH
PAY: $14.65 - $20.00 per hour 
JOB STATUS: Part-time, non-exempt
HOURS: 2:15 - 6:00 pm
 
 
JOB CONSISTS OF:

<li>Assist with hands-on activities following our Healthy Kids Curriculum, covering everything from fitness to STEAM, academic adventures, artsy creations, and more! Oh, and don't forget about helping out with homework.</li>
<li>Create a safe, healthy, and mega-fun environment where kids can thrive. Be the ultimate role model they'll look up to every single day.</li>
<li>Stay connected with parents and family members via the Playground App, because who doesn't love sharing those precious moments and updates?</li>

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>You're 18 years or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>While having 1 year of experience working with kiddos under 13 is awesome, it's not a must-have. We believe in potential and passion!</li>

<li>You've got the green light from your doctor - medically fit to rock all the job duties and free of any communicable diseases including TB.</li>
<li>You’re warm, friendly, and upbeat. Exceptional people skills are your jam, whether it's with kiddos, parents, or fellow team members. Plus, you're professional, reliable, and always prompt.</li>
<li>You're ready to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and basically do whatever it takes to keep up with kids!</li>

Job Description
Early Childhood Wellness Specialist
 
 
Triumph supports the education, well-being and self-sufficiency of young children and their families through high quality early childhood programs and community engagement.
As the Early Childhood Wellness Specialist, the primary job will be to promote a physically active lifestyle; develop cooperation, teamwork, and sportsmanship; and provide ample opportunities for children to engage in active play and movement activities during daily routines and structured activities. The Early Childhood Wellness Specialist will develop activities to promote developmentally appropriate growth that is tailored to the developmental needs and capabilities of every child while ensuring safety during physical activities. 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Designing engaging physical activities that align with the developmental milestones of young children, including gross motor skills like, running, jumping, climbing, and balancing.</li>
<li>Utilizing outdoor/indoor spaces for active play, incorporating nature-based activities, and ensuring proper supervision during all active play times. </li>
<li>Ability to demonstrate and explain basic skills, knowledge and strategies of games, rhythms, and fundamentals of body movement to support the children’s growth in physical skills while supporting children’s IEP or IFSP seeking clarification when needed.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate with classroom teaching staff, the Curriculum and Professional Development Coordinator, and the Mental Health/Disabilities Coordinator to efficiently plan, organize, and fulfill position responsibilities.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift 55 pounds and have the physical capacity to be an active participant in daily movement gross motor activities. </li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Bachelor preferred </li>
<li>Minimum of two years of experience working with children under 5 years old, with a focus on physical activity or play-based therapy. (including but not limited to: coaching, class/group instruction or teaching)</li>
<li>Must have effective interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li>Must be able to travel locally between all three sites.</li>
<li>Familiarity with I Am Moving, I Am Learning (IMIL) and having an EEC Certification is beneficial but not required.</li>
</ul>

Salary range between $21.01 - $26.81/hr. dependent on education and experience
