The Road Service Technician is responsible for repairs to trucks, trailers, motor coaches, and some heavy equipment. Repairs consist of roadside emergency repairs, and minor to major repairs to diesel engine vehicles. Road Service Technicians are required to work diligently with all Dispatch team members. On-Call availability is required. Additional duties will be required as necessary. <li>Possess critical thinking skills as well as the clinical knowledge required to process refill requests per protocol/guidelines</li>
<li>Calculate when refills are due prior to sending to provider for authorization</li>
<li>Authorize drug refill as directed by provider per guidelines with the authorization to telephone /fax prescription to a pharmacy </li>
<li>Update patient care information in EMR related to medication refills</li>
<li>Manage refills in a timely fashion making adjustments to complete refills in the designated timeframe</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Certification as Pharmacy Technician or Medical Assistant/LNA is preferred but willing to train the right individual</li>
<li>High School diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Prior experience in a physician’s office, pharmacy, or customer service setting; minimum of 2 years’ previous experience preferred</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with emphasis on customer service</li>
<li>Ability to follow oral and written instructions</li>
<li>Detailed oriented, ability to multi-task with constant interruption required</li>
<li>Above average organizational skills</li>
<li>The ability to manage time effectively and independently in a fast paced, team-orientated environment</li>
<li>Must be able demonstrate initiative, and use good judgement, and empathy when working with team and patients</li>
<li>Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)</li>

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As our entry-level Teacher's Aide, you'll coordinate with the special education teacher to help students during educational, therapeutic, and direct care activities. Working with assigned students, you'll get them involved in the classroom activities and handle direct care functions as needed (eating, toileting, personal hygiene, etc.).
You'll learn state curriculum frameworks, help with updating and maintaining student records, and lead classroom activities during teacher planning days. Over time, you'll keep an eye on the students' progress and provide input during evaluation periods like annual summaries and six-month reviews. Always cheerful, friendly, and respectful, you'll be a bright spot in our students' days!
