Position Summary: Responsible for completing assigned LeafFilter gutter protection project installations as directed by the Field Installation Lead and/or Installation management team. <li>Develop, apply, and reinforce coping strategies to reduce and/or ameliorate symptoms and behaviors that interfere with functioning and goal achievement;</li>
<li>Provide crisis supports when clients experience acute exacerbation of symptoms to ensure their safety within the home and/or community;</li>
<li>Provide timely documentation on each service delivered;</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with other treatment team members, natural supports, and external providers to ensure a wrap-around approach is provided for continuity of client care;</li>
<li>Provide set case management contacts per month and functional support services as needed to meet client care (eligible for incentive pay upon exceeding productivity expectation);</li>
<li>Serve on appropriate committees, both internal and external, as determined by supervisor;</li>
<li>Function professionally and in a manner that protects the integrity, confidentiality and rights of all patients;</li>
<li>Execute all required services and documentation in accordance with agency policies and federal/state standards;</li>
<li>Maintain professional memberships, licenses, accreditation, certifications, etc.;</li>
<li>Represent CLM in a professional and appropriate manner in all settings;</li>
<li>Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li>

Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in a health related field preferred (ex. Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Nursing, Human Services, etc.);</li>
<li>Associate’s degree in a health related field will be considered, along with a minimum of two years of direct service experience;</li>
<li>Case management or case coordination experience preferred;</li>
<li>Ability to exercise sound clinical judgment in routine, urgent, and emergent situations;</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills, specifically with all Microsoft office applications;</li>
<li>Ability to document effectively and efficiently in course of clinical work;</li>
<li>Ability to navigate an electronic health record;</li>
<li>Ability and desire to work as part of a clinical team while also able to be self-directed and motivated with minimal supervision;</li>
<li>Ability to acquire and effectively practice new clinical skills as needed according to evolving agency needs/services;</li>
<li>Effective communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.</li>
</ul>
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
The majority of the work will be office based and/or remote via telehealth. Some of the work will be visiting clients in the community and also in their homes. Manual dexterity is needed to use computers. The ability to sit for extended periods of time is required. Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance coverage is required.

Job Description
The Therapeutic Foster Care Program at Washington County Mental Health Services (WCMHS )is seeking friendly, enthusiastic adults who are willing to support children in their homes, both full time and as respite. Therapeutic Foster Care is a trauma informed program that provides foster care placements with skilled professional parents to children and youth who are not currently able to live with their family of origin. We provide wrap around supports to children placed in our homes, which includes significant support for professional&nbsp;parents as well as training and generous tax free reimbursement. We aren’t looking for perfect parents, but caring adults who are present for youth in their care and willing to work as part of the treatment team. Please Note: Must be at least 21 years of age and willing to complete background checks and a home study.
