Part-Time Maintenance Technician supports the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the Hatfield Rally House by performing routine facility upkeep, equipment repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks. This position does not involve janitorial or custodial responsibilities — the focus is strictly on technical maintenance, repair, and facility functionality. &nbsp;
Key Responsibilities Facility &amp; Equipment Maintenance * Perform minor repairs on sports courts, lighting, nets, doors, and other facility fixtures. * Assist with basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC upkeep under supervision or in coordination with vendors. * Monitor and maintain recreational equipment to ensure safe, optimal performance.

 Vendor Coordination * Support Director of Operations in meeting contractors on-site for specialized repairs or inspections. * Help track inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
 Qualifications * Previous maintenance or handyman preferred, especially in sports, recreation, or hospitality environments. * Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs. * Ability to safely operate tools and equipment. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and follow direction. * Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends for urgent repairs.
 Physical Requirements: * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Comfortable working on ladders and in varying indoor/outdoor conditions.
