About this Role
Do you like working with your hands and watching things come to life? Dephy, Inc. is looking for a full-time Manufacturing Engineer to support the transition from development to production of its next-generation robotics products. As a small team, we all wear many hats and enjoy having an impact from concept to customer satisfaction. An ideal candidate would have experience working with design engineers to create new manufacturing processes, leading the build to support testing activities, and then managing the roll-out and ramping of production for a new product with a contract manufacturer. This person will have a passion for solving problems and learning new skills. Primary duties would include developing the assembly process, defining product testing needs, leading and working alongside the build team, and qualifying and working directly with the contract manufacturers to ensure a robust and high-quality assembly process is maintained. Secondary responsibilities would include DFM/DFA activities, root cause analysis, quality assurance, change management, and other continuous improvement activities. 
Responsibilities

<li>Design, implement, and maintain a small-scale manufacturing line for in-house builds - to include line design/layout, work instructions, fixturing and process validation</li>
<li>Lead the assembly efforts, including hands-on contribution to the assembly labor as well as training and supervising other engineers and technicians as needed. We are a small company and everyone is hands-on.</li>
<li>Create the processes, monitoring, and controls to ensure quality goals are maintained for the products built</li>
<li>Lead the design and optimization of assembly and test fixtures, tooling, and custom machinery</li>
<li>Provide manufacturing decision-making information to support capacity planning, production schedules, and estimating future requirements.</li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international contract manufacturers and suppliers </li>
<li>Provide cost estimates, create/maintain project schedules, provide production status reports, and communicate production issues on time, clearly</li>
<li>Participation in design reviews on new products during the development phase.</li>
<li>Support DFM/DFA manufacturing engineering activities for new products and provide expertise in process control for both medium and high-volume manufacturing</li>
<li>Create and maintain PFMEA’s (process failure mode and effects analysis)</li>
<li>Performing engineering studies and analyses on existing manufacturing processes to improve process reliability, problem solving, or improving product quality or cost.</li>
<li>Vetting manufacturing and supply chain partners to ensure alignment with program, quality, and lead time needs</li>
<li>Placing orders, managing inventory, and proactively checking in with supply chain partners to ensure on-time delivery of components </li>
<li>Shape, implement, and manage incoming component inspection and inventory management processes and tools</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.</li>
<li>Drive cost reduction exercises through recommended design changes and assembly improvements</li>

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Granite State Independent Living (GSIL) has immediate per diem position openings for Attendant Care Employees (ACE) in Contoocook NH!
As an ACE for Granite State Independent Living, you can make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate support to our consumers and promoting their independence.
Flexible schedules: 20 hours a week (Schedules set by consumers).
Job Types: Per Diem.
Salary: $18.00 per hour.
ACE Qualifications include:

<li>LNA License is NOT required for this position. </li>
<li>High school diploma not required for this position. </li>
<li>Must be 18 years old.</li>
<li>Must be able to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds or more.</li>
<li>Adequate car insurance (if applicable).</li>

ACE Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, eating).</li>
<li>Provide in-home care. </li>
<li>Range of motion/exercises.</li>

<li>Assisting with ambulation and transfers.</li>
