The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating various types of heavy machinery to move, sort, and load recyclable materials. Key Responsibilities

Dephy, Inc. is looking for a full-time Manufacturing Engineer to support the transition from development to production of its next-generation robotics products. As a small team, we all wear many hats and enjoy having an impact from concept to customer satisfaction. An ideal candidate would have experience working with design engineers to create new manufacturing processes, leading the build to support testing activities, and then managing the roll-out and ramping of production for a new product with a contract manufacturer. <li>At least a bachelor degree from an accredited college with a major or concentration in Early Childhood, Child or Human Development, Elementary Education, Special Education with a birth to eight (8) years of age focus, or Child and Family Services and at least twelve (12) months experience working with groups of children from grade three (3) or younger; or</li>
<li>At least a bachelor degree from an accredited college with at least successful completion of thirty (30) college credits with an early childhood or school age focus and at least twelve (12) months experience working with groups of children from grade three (3) or younger; or</li>
<li>Hold at least a current Vermont Agency of Education teaching license with an endorsement in Early Childhood, Early Childhood Special Education, or Elementary Education.</li>

 Duties Responsibilities include: 
<ul>
<li>Classroom prep (light cleaning)</li>
<li>Excellent communication with director and parents</li>
<li>Supervise and monitor the safety of children</li>
<li>Prepare children for snacktime (snack provided by parent)</li>
<li>Help children keep good hygiene</li>
<li>Organize activities or implement a curriculum that allows children to learn about the world and explore their interests</li>
<li>Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity, rest, and playtime</li>
<li>Watch for signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and bring potential problems to the attention of parents or guardians</li>
<li>Keep records of children's progress, routines, and interests</li>
