Assist in scheduling, calendar management, and other organizational tasks as required or requested by OGC attorneys, including but not limited to, calendaring litigation and other deadlines, organizing and coordinating meetings and event arrangements, and handling other necessary logistics for the Office of the General Counsel.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to OGC attorneys, including assistance managing and prioritizing projects, events and training sessions, creating and maintaining data and logs, greeting visitors, answering phones, filing, processing invoices, budgeting activities, and general office management.</li>
<li>Support the maintenance of a campus climate that values and respects all of its community members.</li>
<li>Perform other duties and projects as assigned.</li>

Minimum Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Required education: Bachelor’s degree</li>
<li>Required experience: Two years’ work experience or an additional academic degree providing experience with legal research and writing and contract review and revision across a broad range of contract types.</li>
