<li>Assists in management of patient flow and access. &nbsp;Matches patient volumes and staffing to meet expectations of patients/customers</li>
<li>Evaluates daily patient flow in the clinical area to maintain access standards and open communication with patients and providers</li>
<li>Provides clinical staff with information, education and tools to ensure they are supporting efficient patient flow and telephone triage in the practice</li>
<li>Makes recommendations related to the operating capital budget. &nbsp;Manages activities to ensure financial goals met. Monitors expenditures for compliance to approved budget. &nbsp;Resolves discrepancies</li>
<li>Promotes collaborative relationships between nursing staff and other departments. Participates in the development and implementation of clinical performance standards including on-going monitoring of clinical staff competence</li>
<li>Mentors clinical staff in the creation of a climate of clinical and professional expertise. Demonstrates an ability to work effectively and communicate frequently with other members of the direct patient care and administrative teams; orchestrates and actively participates in daily huddles for his/her assigned clinical unit</li>
<li>Implements new clinical practice standards, protocols and guidelines</li>
<li>Utilizes patient care equipment appropriately and safely. &nbsp;Monitors and reports any needed repairs and/or maintenance of clinical equipment</li>

Required Qualifications:

Why We're Looking for You
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Implementation team and lead banks through their digital transformation journey. You'll manage multiple high-stakes deployments simultaneously, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure our banking clients successfully launch on time.
This is a hands-on role where organization meets execution. You'll be the conductor orchestrating complex implementations while building trusted relationships with banking executives and operations teams.
What You'll Do

Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines, tracking dependencies and risks while driving projects to on-time completion
</li>
<li>
Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite executives to operations staff, handling difficult conversations and managing expectations
</li>
<li>
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Associates, engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth project execution and post-launch transitions
</li>
<li>
Translate complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams while protecting your implementation team from scope creep
</li>
<li>
Jump in to help with hands-on configuration and debugging when needed, keeping projects moving forward during resource constraints
</li>
<li>
Document solutions and identify process improvements to enhance future deployments and team efficiency
</li>
<li>
Escalate strategically to sales and leadership when additional support is needed to unblock critical issues
</li>
</ul>
