Lead QA efforts to establish new programs to support Drug Product facility including start-up of assembly, packaging and label operations

<li>Responsible for batch disposition activities. Review batch data, including batch records, deviations, in-process data, EM data, QC release testing and other quality systems as applicable to determine acceptability of product disposition.</li>
<li>Responsible for review and approval of COAs, and product release</li>
<li>Provide production floor support and provide guidance for GMP product quality and compliance for product release, including resolution of product quality investigations and quality issues of a significant nature, and provides direction for product disposition decisions including shipment.</li>
<li>Review and approval of manufacturing documents.</li>
<li>Develop and deliver technical training programs</li>
<li>Supports drafting and revising Quality Agreements between CMOs/Suppliers and company, as needed</li>
<li>Provide QA support of change controls, GMP investigations and CAPAs. OOS and OOT investigations and ensuring appropriate CAP actions are identified.</li>
<li>Provides experienced technical advice for fill finish related program decisions</li>
<li>Provides project support involving technical transfers, engineering projects and similar activities</li>
<li>Participate in compliance walkthroughs and help drive the closure of any observations</li>
<li>Responsible for identifying risks and communicating gaps for GMP process/systems</li>
<li>Responsible for identifying risks and communicating any gaps for quality processes optimization for area/equipment release, material disposition, quality systems etc.</li>

The sales representative position will consist of analyzing customer needs for HVAC equipment, create a sales proposal, finalize the sale and follow up with each customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties
<ul>
<li>Provide customers with solutions for their HVAC and other home comfort needs</li>
<li>Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized HVAC system solution including our exclusive maintenance program</li>
<li>Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales</li>
<li>Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers</li>
<li>Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold</li>
<li>Build and maintain customer relationships</li>
<li>Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.</li>
<li>Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends</li>
</ul>
SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school): Preferred
Computer Skills: MS Office

Responsibilities include but not limited to, driving Straight Trucks to and from jobsites throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire, installation/removal of highway guardrail and commercial fence, operation of various hand-held tools. Nightwork and overnight stays may be required.
CDL Class B with air brake and clean driving record required. Hydraulics 1C license required. Outdoor construction required. Guardrail/Fence experience preferred but not required. Successful candidates will be placed in and receive union benefits and pay rate.
