The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable </li>
<li>Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred </li>
<li>Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable </li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle </li>
</ul>

Compensation: 
<ul>
<li>Full-time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000 Incentive Rate $60 / hour over productivity! </li>
<li>Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour</li>
