We are Massachusetts Center for Adolescent Wellness (MCAW) of the North Shore, which offers comprehensive mental health treatment, primarily through therapeutic groups, for adolescents aged 13 to 17 years old. Family involvement and care coordination are also at the forefront of our treatment model. We work with clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Evidence-based modalities are combined with holistic methods to provide the best care.
Our staff provide treatment services for our Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program in Lynnfield, MA. This program provides in person services to adolescents with mental health and substance use disorders. 
We are seeking an experienced behavioral health Intake Coordinator to join our team! 
The general responsibility of this role is to handle patient admissions by gathering and recording patient and payment responsibility information; answering questions; providing program services information. The Intake Coordinator works closely with the clinical team, admissions team, and business development team and works well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Essential Job Functions:

<li>Greets clients and families who arrive on site</li>
<li>Answers facility phone calls; provides resolution to the family member or referral source. If outside scope, ensures follow up is completed by the appropriate department.</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>

Assist clients with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation, ambulation, and transfers.&nbsp;

Personal care including dressing, bathing, mobility, incontinence care, and other services&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Companionship and friendship for seniors and loved ones&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Medication reminders&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Communication in daily log of client's health, well-being, and activities&nbsp;&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
Successful applicants will meet the following requirements:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Minimum High School Diploma or GED&nbsp;</li>
<li>Home Health Aide Certified&nbsp;</li>
<li>Valid driver's license, car&nbsp;insurance, and reliable vehicle&nbsp;</li>
<li>Open availability strongly preferred&nbsp;</li>
<li>Submit to criminal background check&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
