Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provides medical care to patients with acute medical problems, chronic illnesses, or requesting preventive health services. </li>
<li>Examines patients, formulates diagnostic plans, and orders diagnostic testing. Interprets examination findings and test results and implements treatment plans.</li>
<li>Provides medical care and performs procedures within the scope of reproductive/pregnancy health including IUD and Nexplanon insertions and removals, cervical examinations, and when appropriate providing prenatal care to pregnant patients. </li>
<li>Determines the need for consultation and assists in medical care and treatment provided by other specialists. Participates in other care procedures according to training and demonstrated ability.</li>
<li>Prescribes and assesses effectiveness of pharmaceuticals, other medications and treatment regimens as appropriate for patient’s medical conditions.</li>
<li>Meets the Health Center’s annual productivity goal.</li>
<li>Maintains and updates Electronic Health Records (EHR) in a systematic format and completes required documentation within 48 hours. </li>
<li>Participate in after hours and Weekend call on a rotating basis according to the schedule assigned by the Medical Director.</li>

Job Description Homebase Behavior Consulting is hiring BCBAs to serve clientele in central and north central Massachusetts.
As part of HBC, it is the responsibility of the BCBA to conduct various descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments (e.g., functional analyses) and skill-based assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.).&nbsp; The BCBA then provides behavior analytic interpretations of the results and designs comprehensive ABA treatment plans based off of evidence-based practices and behavior analytic research literature.
