Key Responsibilities:

<li>Provide accurate on-site interpretation between English and designated target languages.</li>

<li>Follow all interpreter ethics standards, including those set by the IMIA (International Medical Interpreters Association), the National Council on Interpreting in Health Care (NCIHC), the American Translators Association (ATA), the National Association of Judiciary Interpreters and Translators (NAJIT), and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Uphold principles of confidentiality, accuracy, impartiality, professionalism, and cultural competence in every assignment.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain positive, professional interactions with patients, customers, healthcare providers, and clinical staff. </li>
<li>Continuously improve specialized vocabulary and subject matter knowledge (e.g., medical, legal, social services) to meet client needs. </li>
<li>Demonstrate professionalism, neutrality, and confidentiality throughout the interpretation process.</li>
