COMPENSATION:

<li>Pay Range -&nbsp;for this position is based on years of relevant work experience. Candidates with&nbsp;0 - 5years&nbsp;of experience can expect to earn between&nbsp;$29.76 –32.86&nbsp;per hour/year. As experience increases, so does the rate of pay, with candidates who have&nbsp;22 years&nbsp;or more years of direct experience earning up to&nbsp;$46.02 per hour/year</li>

 KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Licensure: Current applicable state licensure as Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or eligibility for state licensure. Well-qualified licensed non-social work clinicians (LMHCs) with relevant experience in case management, crisis services, SBIRT models, or reproductive/LGBTQIA+ clinical settings are also considered.</li>
<li>Experience: 3+ years of clinical practice using evidence-based, equity-rooted methods, including brief solution-focused assessment &amp; treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use, acute stress, relationship challenges, identity-related distress, and behavior change goals.</li>
<li>Trauma Expertise: Strong preference for experience providing mental health care to individuals with PTSD and complex trauma.</li>
<li>DEI &amp; Community Work: Experience working with diverse communities affected by inequality and oppression, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice.</li>

Job DescriptionLocated in Waltham, MA Assistant Pharmacist / Compounding Pharmacist Salary: $115,000-$125,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (Rotating Saturdays) Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Pharmacist to support daily pharmacy operations in a compounding environment. This role focuses on staff oversight, regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Supervise pharmacy staff to ensure accurate dispensing and compounding of sterile and non-sterile medications</li>
<li>Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance prior to dispensing</li>
<li>Conduct drug utilization reviews on all prescription orders</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, USP standards (795, 797, 800), HIPAA, and SOPs</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace</li>
<li>Provide professional guidance to patients and prescribers regarding medication use, dosing, interactions, and storage</li>
<li>Meet deadlines for prescription fulfillment, reporting, billing, and operational tasks</li>

<li>Complete required continuing education and support team initiatives as needed</li>

 Qualifications &amp; Skills 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program</li>
<li>Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license in good standing</li>
<li>2+ years of pharmacy leadership experience; compounding experience preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards (USP 795, 797, 800)</li>
<li>Strong leadership, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with pharmacy systems, order processing, and inventory software</li>
<li>Strong pharmaceutical math skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities</li>
<li>Reliable, adaptable, and able to stand for extended periods</li>
