<h2>Eastman Community Association seeks a dynamic, resourceful and experienced Chief Maintenance Officer.&nbsp;</h2>

This is a full-time, non-union, department head position that reports directly to the General Manager.&nbsp; This position is responsible for supervising, directing, and managing all administrative and technical aspects of Eastman’s Maintenance Department, which includes two divisions: Roads &amp; Facilities, and Golf Course &amp; Outdoor Amenities.

Successful candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of the principles and practices of leading a comprehensive Maintenance Department with a special focus on capital planning and project oversight.&nbsp; A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly desired; however, a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to succeed in this position will be considered.&nbsp; Eastman Community Association offers a competitive benefit package.&nbsp; Salary range to $105,000; starting salary commensurate with qualifications.&nbsp;
