Core Responsibilities:

<li>Work with Head Equipment Manager to ensure safety protocols for equipment are met for all contact sports, e.g. football, ice hockey, lacrosse. Safety checks must be done pre-season and then regularly throughout the season. </li>
<li>Purchase, maintain, and tune sewing machines, skate sharpening machines, and heat press machine. </li>
<li>Maintain uniforms with sewing, including fitting, alterations, and/or mending of torn practice or game uniforms, gear, or protective equipment. </li>
<li>Must be responsive to time sensitive issues, particularly related to equipment needs for safety purposes. These issues may arise on nights or weekends and may demand immediate attention. </li>

Physical Demands and Working Conditions: 
Work involves physical movements such as bending, twisting, and reaching. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, particularly when working with football or ice hockey. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Working conditions include loud machines, sharp instruments, dust, and chemicals. Willingness and ability to travel with teams, each away game for football and post-season for ice hockey.

Our Medical Team is comprised of compassionate Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Treaters, and Administrative Assistants who work as interdisciplinary team members serving our Adult and Children’s Departments.
 
The Associate Medical Director plays a vital leadership role in the strategic development, sustainability and operational enhancement of medical services. This position supports the Medical Director in overseeing the clinical and financial performance of the medical team, with a core focus on building a culture of excellence, maximizing service capacity, collaboration, innovation, and growth. Key areas of leadership include supervision of nursing staff, program development, mentorship, education programs, medical team staffing and support structures, and enhanced service delivery models. In partnership with colleagues in and beyond the museum, the new director will shape the installation plan for the permanent galleries, craft a visionary roadmap for special exhibitions and programming, and establish the museum as a center for vibrant dialogue about the arts, democracy, and the common good. 
The Director provides strategic, curatorial, and administrative leadership for the College’s art museum. The Director ensures the museum fulfills its mission as a teaching museum central to the liberal arts curriculum while serving as a regional and national leader in the arts. The Director is responsible for managing the collection, securing funds through grants and donor relations, fiscal management, and integrating the museum into the intellectual and cultural life of the College.
This is a full-time, benefits eligible, salaried position with a hiring range of $127,000 - $162,000 per year.
