ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Experience using ServiceNow (or other project management software)&nbsp;&nbsp;

Experience in ITIL methodology and change management processes&nbsp;&nbsp;

</ul>

<li>
Knowledge of traditional phone systems, Avaya/Nortel/NEC/Star2Star strongly preferred&nbsp;&nbsp;
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Familiarity with modern VoIP systems, Teams/8x8 strongly preferred&nbsp;&nbsp;
