As the Director of Children's Residential Services, you will begin your morning meeting with your team, ensuring that everyone has the support and resources needed to provide the highest level of care. Throughout the day, you'll guide and mentor the Director of Children's Residential Operations, offering strategic oversight and addressing any challenges they may face.
