 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Assemble medical devices in a cleanroom environment per procedures.</li>
<li>Print product labeling per company procedures.</li>
<li>Package and label medical devices.</li>
<li>Prepare devices for shipping, including bulk packaging, labeling and creating shipping labels (e.g. UPS, FedEx).</li>
<li>Complete required manufacturing documentation and ensure that it is thorough, legible and complete.</li>
<li>Follow proper cleanroom procedures.</li>
<li>Follow all Sage quality system procedures as applicable.</li>
<li>Move materials into inventory and withdraw materials from inventory per company procedures.</li>
<li>Kit materials for device production.</li>
<li>Perform dimensional and other inspection of device components and materials. Properly fill out inspection reports.</li>
<li>Interact with coworkers and client companies in a professional and courteous manner.</li>
<li>Prepare daily timesheets and submit completed timesheets on a weekly basis.</li>
</ul>

<li>Must be able to wear cleanroom gowning items (head cover, coat, gloves, shoe covers, facial covering if needed) and work in cleanroom environment for extended periods of time.</li>

Role Purpose: Assists QC Manager and performs quality control procedures designed to ensure continuous production and shipment of cosmetic ingredients consistent with established standards. Serves as key member of Proteins Division Quality Unit (PDQU) with authority to test, approve or release FG or RM, following ISO and GMP Protocols.

Requirements

Role Objectives: 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
<ul>
<li>Secondary responsibility for Quality Control Department (verification, review, approval &amp; release) including Quality testing. Performs Quality functions related to shipping, as needed</li>
<li>Key member of Proteins Division Quality Unit (PDQU)</li>
<li>Accurately analyzes and performs chemical testing of FG, in-process batches, raw materials, according to established standards</li>
<li>Accurately maintains and updates Quality control data base on a daily basis</li>
<li>As part of PDQU, tracks, investigates and reports deviations from established Quality Control Standards</li>
<li>Participates in cross-functional teams to increase efficiency, solve problems and improve quality systems</li>
<li>Secondary responsibility for approval and release of incoming raw materials, maintenance of RM data base and related specifications</li>
<li>Assists with aseptic sampling of products, labeling and proper storage of retains</li>
<li>Become fully trained on PD products, including Specifications, methods and equipment</li>
<li>Member of team who evaluate and respond to quality issues presented by customers</li>
<li>Ability to use and maintain analytical equipment necessary for quality testing</li>
<li>Follow safe laboratory guidelines and plant safety protocols</li>
<li>As part of PDQU, maintains equipment, calibrations, and documentation according to SOP &amp; Work Instructions, following ISO and GMP protocols</li>

Qualifications:
