Performance and Improvement:
<ol>
<li>Remain aligned with the mission and strategic plan of BAMSI, including providing substantive feedback to preserve the integrity of BAMSI’s mission and strategic plan.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on agency and program specific performance outcomes as required by accreditation bodies (e.g., CARF) and relevant funding sources (e.g., DDS, DPH, DMH).</li>
<li>Partner with program leadership (directors, assistant directors, managers) in the development of new programs and to track and improve existing program performance in conformance with applicable funding source regulations, licensing requirements, accreditation standards, and BAMSI standards and policies.</li>
<li>Serve as a subject matter expertise and partner to program leadership (directors, asst. directors, managers).</li>
<li>Help develop annual program performance dashboard for Operational Excellence. </li>
<li>Maintain, including regular update, tools used to measure program performance </li>
<li>Lead and facilitate the annual agency-wide scheduling of program performance reviews (program/operational, and health).</li>
<li>Advise program leadership (directors, assistant directors, managers) on program-level key performance indicators (KPIs) and objective and key results (OKRs), including but not limited to identifying operational trends, patterns, best practices, improvement options to maximize performance, and other recommendations.</li>
<li>Exhibit problem-solving abilities and methods to find solutions to program and agency problems utilizing process improvement techniques and tools.</li>
<li>Assist new managers with training and acclimation to new role in program.</li>
</ol>

Committee Participation:
<ol>
<li>Serve on Quality Management Committee.</li>
<li>Serve as a liaison to the Adult Services Human Rights Committee.</li>
</ol>

<li>Perform other related work duties as needed or as assigned by supervisor or designee.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in management or human services field preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Five (5) years’ experience in providing services in either day or residential programs serving adults with development disabilities, brain injury, or mental illness.</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills required.</li>
<li>Computer competent in Word, Excel, and Outlook desired.</li>
<li>Must have valid driver’s license in state of residence and own means of transportation.</li>
