Program Development, Implementation, and Supervision • Oversees proper record-keeping and weekly reporting, including activities and events conducted in themembership/finance system. Will provide data for input to a Center Director or other applicable staff. • Facilitates open and effective, professional verbal and written communication with families, staff, and children. • Supervises classroom staff, students, and volunteers; provides regular feedback about job performance. • Supports volunteers, practicum students, and staff through modeling techniques and strategies that connect theory to practice. • May lead planning meetings with the teaching team. • May increase the visibility of Club programs via daily schedule postings, announcements of upcoming events through different social media channels, family emails, etc. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements •Must be an associate teacher qualified before November 6, 2017, have a minimum of 9 credits in related coursework or have a minimum of 1000 hours of supervised child care experience in a licensed child care program, and knowledge of child growth and development obtained through one of the following: a. Completion of a high school level 2-year career and technical education course in teacher education; b. A 3-credit college course in child or human growth and development; c. Thirty hours of training in child growth and development, granted by an accredited college or university, an authorized provider of the International Association for Continuing Education and Training, or obtained through documented life experience, including experience with the same age children, the associate teacher supervises, such as a family child care provider, service as a foster parent, work as a school teacher, work as a camp counselor and experience as a group leader for children in sports or other activities, such as scouts or little league, or closely related experience.

Reporting to the Pharmacist in Charge, the Clinical Intervention Center Pharmacist (CIC RPh) plays a critical role in the healthcare industry by ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. The primary responsibilities of the CIC RPh involve monitoring clinical clarifications, change in prescriptions, backorders and anything else that would hinder the dispensing of medication to a patient. They are also responsible for communication with nursing centers and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Predictable, reliable, and punctual attendance is an essential function of the job role. 
 
The CIC RPh should be able to perform all functions of a staff pharmacist as well as those functions listed below. Duties are assigned for multiple pharmacies.

<li>Responsible for monitoring and following up on clinical clarifications utilizing eMAR system, dispensing history, and direct communication with the center. Should clear old pending clarifications from queue based on new orders received or non-responsiveness by profiling or deleting orders.</li>
<li>Review and approve Change in Prescription suggestions based on payer preference utilizing the ECS message and test claims. </li>
<li>Review and Approve therapeutic interchange suggestions for non-auto TI states.</li>
<li>Communicate national backorder issues with center. Determine if alternative orders are required or for short term out of stock issues, utilizing backup pharmacies. </li>
<li>Respond to email and other electronic communication (internal and external) including requests for RX Verify control withdrawals (if appropriately licensed).</li>
<li>Review emergency CII prescriptions and contact the center or MD to ensure timely receipt of hardcopies. </li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>

Position Summary The Landscape Production Manager / Snow Area Manager is responsible for overseeing all year-round field operations, including landscape construction, maintenance, and winter snow and ice management. This role ensures that all projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. The position requires strong leadership, scheduling, and organizational skills to manage crews, equipment, materials, and customer expectations across multiple service divisions. 
Primary Responsibilities – Landscape Operations
Operations &amp; Project Management
<ul>
<li>Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily field operations for landscape and/or maintenance crews. </li>
<li>Develop and manage project schedules to ensure deadlines are met. </li>
<li>Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project scopes to ensure accurate execution. </li>
<li>Verify jobsite conditions, materials, and equipment readiness before project start. </li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation of change orders, timecards, before-and-after photos, and completed job submissions for billing. </li>
<li>Supervise, train, and mentor crew foremen and team members. </li>
<li>Assign work to crews based on project needs and employee skills. </li>
<li>Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and enforce company policies and safety protocols. </li>
<li>Conduct regular safety and production meetings with crews. </li>
</ul>
Quality &amp; Client Relations
<ul>
<li>Maintain quality control across all projects, ensuring work meets company standards. </li>
<li>Perform site inspections to confirm progress, safety compliance, and client satisfaction. </li>
<li>Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns professionally. </li>
</ul>
Administrative
<ul>
<li>Track labor hours and materials to ensure jobs stay within budget. </li>
<li>Approve and verify accuracy of employee time cards. </li>
<li>Ensure material pricing matches estimates. </li>
<li>Assist in forecasting labor and equipment needs for upcoming projects. </li>
</ul>
Secondary Responsibilities – Winter Operations (Snow Area Manager)
During the winter season, the Landscape Production Manager transitions into the Snow Area Manager, directing all snow and ice management operations within their assigned territory. This role ensures safe, reliable, and timely service during winter weather events. 
Responsibilities Include:
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement snow and ice management plans for each assigned property prior to the start of the season. </li>
<li>Oversee all snow operations including plowing, shoveling, de-icing, brine applications, and post-storm cleanup. </li>
<li>Coordinate route assignments, crew schedules, and subcontractor logistics based on weather forecasts and operational priorities. </li>
<li>Ensure all trucks, plows, spreaders, brine sprayers, and related equipment are maintained, fueled, and storm-ready. </li>
<li>Monitor weather conditions and proactively communicate with crews and management before, during, and after events. </li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of storm logs, salt/brine usage, and labor hours for billing and accountability. </li>
<li>Conduct post-event inspections to confirm service quality and safety compliance. </li>
<li>Respond promptly to customer requests or issues and maintain strong client communication throughout the winter season. </li>
<li>Work closely with the Fleet Manager and Operations team to coordinate repairs, restocking, and readiness between events. </li>
<li>Train and evaluate snow personnel, ensuring all safety protocols and company policies are followed. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years of landscape and/or maintenance management experience. </li>
<li>Strong knowledge of landscape practices, plant materials, irrigation, and hardscaping. </li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications. </li>
<li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required). </li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. </li>
<li>Knowledge of email and Microsoft office sweet. </li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round. </li>
<li>Lift up to 75 lbs, bend, stoop, and operate landscaping and snow equipment as needed. </li>
<li>Travel between job sites daily. </li>

Credence has an immediate need for a Senior AI Technical Lead to join our growing AI and Automation practice. Ideally we are looking for individuals with experience working with the Department of Defense and/or the US Military branches.
