Center for Life Management (CLM) provides the area's most comprehensive array of outpatient mental health services for adults and elders. Our multi-disciplined treatment team works with individuals ages 18+ who experience severe and persistent mental illness, co-occurring developmental disabilities and substance use disorders. We use a variety of evidence-based practices to treat our clients, one of which is Supported Employment (SE). SE is an approach to vocational rehabilitation that emphasizes helping individuals find, obtain, and thrive in competitive, community-based employment opportunities. SE also assists clients in their pursuit of education for career achievement and advancement. The SE Specialist provides supportive counseling, motivational interviewing, and specialized skills training to support clients with their personal employment and educational goals. This is a full time, 40 hour per week position.
 
Major Functional Areas and Description of Duties

<li>Provide weekly and/or biweekly individual and group SE services in a variety of settings including the client’s home, public, or remote via telehealth.</li>

<li>Asses mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community</li>
<li>Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals</li>
<li>Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol</li>
<li>Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed</li>
<li>Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community</li>
<li>Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings</li>
<li>Opportunity to supervise other clinicians (for fully licensed therapists)</li>
<li>For Full-Time status clinicians must maintain a caseload of a minimum of 28 client visits per week</li>

Required Qualifications and Skills: 
<ul>
<li>A masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university</li>
<li>Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) or be on the path to licensure - pre-licensed candidates are welcome!</li>
<li>Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes</li>
<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients</li>
<li>Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner</li>
<li>Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base</li>
<li>Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)</li>
<li>Proficiency in other languages is a plus!</li>
