Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

<li>Assist chairside proficiently during a diverse range of dental surgical procedures.</li>
<li>Prepare, break down, disinfect, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments to maintain optimal hygiene standards.</li>
<li>Ensure strict compliance with infection control, CDC, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations, guaranteeing a safe and secure environment for both patients and staff.</li>
<li>Capture high-quality radiographic images and maintain meticulous documentation of patient records.</li>
<li>Provide patients with comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care instructions to enhance their overall experience and recovery.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and thorough patient charting for effective record-keeping and continuity of care.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills &amp; Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Possession of a High School Diploma and reliable transportation is essential.</li>
<li>Demonstrated motivation to learn with a genuine passion for healthcare and a commitment to direct patient care.</li>
<li>Previous experience in dental or oral surgery is preferred, showcasing a solid foundation in dental assisting.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus, demonstrating adaptability to dental practice management tools.</li>
<li>Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in email and Microsoft Office applications.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel as required to support clinic operations.</li>
<li>Strong follow-through, effective communication, and reliability are paramount for success in this role.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications (must be able to obtain):
<ul>
<li>CPR certification is required to ensure readiness in emergency situations.</li>
<li>Radiology certification, ensuring proficiency in capturing diagnostic images.</li>
<li>NH MedTech.</li>
<li>DAANCE certification is preferred, or the ability to achieve it within 1 year of hire, indicating a commitment to professional development in dental anesthesia and sedation.</li>
