RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with internal and outsourced maintenance companies within the region, and occasionally throughout the US.

Create and manage fleet repair orders working closely with the Regional Hub Manager, Asset management, and mechanics in assigned maintenance shops.

Coordinate daily with the Lead Mechanics/Branches/Mobile mechanics to schedule work into the shops.

Work with Clean Harbors operational groups to target completion of fleet overdue inspections, recalls, DOT compliance, and campaigns;

Follow repair process from repair creation to completion and communicate repair timeline status to all necessary parties;

Track all repairs in the Clean Harbors Asset Management system including repair order notes, quotes, inspection forms, purchase orders, and final invoices;

Facilitate maintenance repair requests with management, the shop mechanic and third party vendors;

Participate in the periodic planning meetings with the internal maintenance group and shop meetings;

Review all repair quotations and identify areas where repair cost can be reduced / eliminated;

Your impact:
<ul>
<li>Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings, conduct intro/follow-up calls and hold face to face meetings, and produce paperwork for signature</li>
<li>Schedule and run webinars</li>
<li>Research prospective accounts in targeted markets; identify, pursue, and qualify good, new leads</li>
<li>Follow through to a successful agreement</li>
<li>Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts, and which market strategies can be used to attract clients</li>
<li>Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones</li>
<li>Find and develop new markets and improve sales</li>
<li>Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events</li>
<li>Collaborate with support and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met</li>
<li>Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned</li>
<li>Develop quotes and proposals for clients</li>
<li>Develop goals and ensure they are met</li>
<li>Major focus will be new business for all sectors of the platform</li>
<li>Keeps all potential and current client/lead information current using CRM.</li>
<li>Makes sure sufficient research is done before engaging</li>
<li>Takes potential new clients through paperwork, in an effort to expedite the close; organize and submit paperwork</li>
</ul>
About you:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of Restaurant/foodservice sales experience</li>
<li>Ability to travel at least 25% of the time</li>
<li>Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry, and positioning</li>
<li>Efficient, detail oriented, and well organized</li>
<li>Have strong communication and relationship management skills</li>
<li>Excel in explaining complex information in ways that are easy to understand</li>
<li>Want to be part of a small team that's motivated by helping others and serving the best interests of our clients</li>
<li>Like to work hard and have a thirst for knowledge with a "do what it takes" attitude</li>
<li>Are flexible and thrive in fast-paced work environments</li>
