Position Summary: 
Welch's is modernizing its R&amp;D digital ecosystem through the implementation of a new ERP and an upgraded Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. As a Senior Scientist Product Systems on the R&amp;D team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and validating PLM functionality, ensuring that product data, formulation workflows, and specification structures are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
During the implementation phase, you will serve as a technical lead representing R&amp;D in enterprise design discussions, system configuration, and cross-functional testing. Once the new PLM system is successfully deployed and stable, your role will expand to include creation and stewardship of product, ingredient, formula, and analytical specifications within the PLM system.
This role is ideal for a highly technical, detail-oriented scientist who excels in digital tools, structured data, formulation workflows, and cross-functional problem-solving.

Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration &amp; relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.
What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Serve as a core R&amp;D technical lead in the implementation of Welch's new PLM and ERP systems.</li>
<li>Translate R&amp;D formulation workflows, product data needs, and technical requirements into system logic and configuration.</li>
<li>Lead R&amp;D's execution of system testing, including writing test scripts, validating data structures, and troubleshooting issues.</li>

<li>Collaborate with Product Development, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to gather accurate inputs and finalize specifications.</li>

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000 annually for US-based employees. Who You Are

Mental Health Assistant Position:
We currently seek full time Mental Health Assistants for entry level and supervisory positions! The Mental Health Assistants are responsible for a variety of duties relating to and primarily concerned with implementing the students’ treatment and educational programs. MHAs provide services/interventions that support skill development and mastery for students/clients within JRC’s school and residential components. They also maintain a safe environment for students/clients to thrive academically, while providing consistent treatment that leads to reduction of problem behaviors.
This position affords a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience with and knowledge of the current methods for treating the problems of autistic-like adolescents/adults and young adults with behavioral disorders. It is an hourly non-exempt position. Hours of work are assigned on a weekly basis and can be comprised of any day or shift necessary to assure adequate staffing, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
This Mental Health Assistant position leads to many advancement opportunities within JRC. Applications are accepted on a walk-in basis, Monday-Friday 9am-4pm; we also conduct interviews on the same day as applications if time allows.
