Benefits Supervisor Qualification Requirements:

<li>7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources with a concentration in Benefits.</li>
<li>Understanding of HCM software (ADP WFN a plus).</li>
<li>Comfort with data reporting and manipulation.</li>
<li>Experience with M&amp;A due diligence and integration preferred.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, including advanced knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, sophisticated formulas).</li>
<li>Prior experience in Manufacturing is a plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and AA/EEOC.</li>
