Job Duties:

<li>Provide worksite monitoring of constructions crews to verify safety compliance</li>
<li>Maintain detailed records of jobsite activities and compliance issues </li>
<li>Examining and maintaining company materials ensuring they meet quality standards</li>
<li>Documenting any deviations from plans, safety concerns, requesting corrective actions, and ensuring issues are resolved </li>
<li>Submit daily field reports detailing Contractor and/or Railroad activities.</li>
<li>Provide clear, concise, and thorough safety briefings with all personnel on each site.</li>
<li>Intervene as needed when safety, compliance, or policies are violated</li>
</ul>

Job Description
We are looking for technicians to join our team! As a mechanical contractor we handle HVAC/R, plumbing, and controls. We repair, service, and install HVAC systems and control systems for commercial and residential customers in Central MA and surrounding areas.
What we do:
<ul>
<li>Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, and controls systems</li>
<li>Various plumbing and pipefitting services including gas piping, drain piping and maintenance, rough and finish commercial and residential plumbing</li>
<li>Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements</li>
<li>Perform routine preventive maintenance</li>
<li>Respond to emergency maintenance requests (rotating on-call schedule)</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety policies and procedures</li>
</ul>
Preferred Candidates:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing, and BAS or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with mechanical systems</li>
<li>Familiarity with prints, electrical systems and wiring diagrams</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills</li>
