<ul>
<li>Work with the division manager, adjusters, and Project Managers after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties.</li>
<li>Be on scene after property disasters to accurately scope projects and sign work for our production team to complete.</li>
<li>Build relationships with insurance professionals and communicate with property owners the expectations to build the structure back to its original form.</li>
<li>Prepare estimates using estimating software, for reconstruction from 3D scans and Project scopes.</li>
<li>Estimate each loss using a 3rd party estimating software, Xactimate or Symbility.</li>
<li>Ensure each project achieves a minimum gross profit margin as determined by company standards.</li>
<li>Communicate and document any change orders and insurance supplements.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS 
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad, computer)</li>
<li>Customer Service Skills</li>
<li>Ability to operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Xactimate, &amp; Symbility and additional systems as requested.</li>
<li>Ability to answer and communicate with customers over the phone and face to face</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and / or with a team.</li>
<li>Ability to work within hazardous environments safely.</li>
<li>Maintain a level of confidentiality.</li>
<li>Manage work queue to meet time expectations</li>
<li>Self-motivated with the ability to plan, organize, and complete tasks independently without close supervision.</li>
