ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Participates in the preparation of major water system operations plan, including work sequencing, scheduling and cost estimating, and assists in assembling work order packages.</li>
<li>Carries out written work and operation plans for each water system operations plan.</li>
<li>Prepares daily and weekly job status and time utilization reports to track execution of written work plan. Details include, but are not limited to, crew time productivity, material utilization and costs, equipment utilization and costs, valve data collection information, and valve identification information.</li>
<li>Utilizes computer technology, computerized maintenance management software and other software to perform work order reporting, time utilization, and written work plan completion.</li>

Plumber Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.</li>
<li>Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.</li>
<li>Follow building plans and blueprints.</li>
<li>Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.</li>
<li>Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.</li>
<li>Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.</li>
<li>Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates.</li>
<li>Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.</li>
<li>Train and perform HVAC preventative maintenance, site surveys, modifications, and repairs to HVAC equipment</li>
</ul>
Requirements:Candidates must have EPA certifications
