<li>Clean roof surfaces and gutters of debris (pressure wash roofs)</li>
<li>Perform essential roofing job activities: heavy lifting (50 lbs.), twisting, bending, use of both hands and arms, kneeling, squatting, standing and/or walking for extended periods, and climbing ladders and/or scaffolding.</li>
<li>Communicate articulately (written and oral) to develop rapport with existing and potential customers.</li>
<li>Interact with homeowners to identify, locate, document, and advise on roof system deficiencies and issues.</li>
<li>Conduct inspections and provide a complete scope of work for potential repairs and/or replacements.</li>
<li>Prepare material and time cost estimates and order parts and materials.</li>
<li>Unload materials and clean roof and job site after job is complete.</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>At least 4 years of roofing experience</li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of roofing processes and techniques</li>
<li>Ability to travel; must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record</li>
<li>Knowledge of building codes, laws, and regulations</li>
<li>Ability to safely walk long distances and climb stairs and lift heavy objects</li>
<li>Ability to work outside for long periods of time</li>
<li>Excellent physical fitness</li>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
<li>Familiarity with tablets, Apple iPads (iPadOS)</li>
<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li>
<li>Roofing installation certification preferred</li>
<li>Team player</li>
