Location: Manchester NH
Work Hours: Day Shift, 8-hour workday; flexible start time
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, overtime available, and on-call rotation
Pay Rate: $28.00 to $38.00 + per hour. We pay based on experience and capabilities
What you will be doing:

Job Title: Licensed Plumber

What you will be doing:

<li>Working on Residential HVAC systems and plumbing fixtures and systems</li>
<li>Assembles, installs, or repairs pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems, according to specifications or plumbing codes. Acts as customer representative during client home interactions. Ensures client satisfaction with all work, including cleanup.</li>
<li>Communicates to client what services are needed and why, prior to starting work.</li>
<li>Exhibits a safety-first approach during all work activities, including when driving.</li>
<li>Assembles pipe sections, tubing, fittings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment.</li>
<li>Installs pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, fixtures such as sinks or toilets, using hand or power tools.</li>
<li>Keeps detailed records of work progress and customer interactions.</li>
<li>Directs helpers engaged in pipe cutting, pre-assembly, or installation of plumbing systems or components.</li>
<li>Conducts appropriate tests to ensure successful completion of each plumbing job.</li>
<li>Fills pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Valid driver's license and insurable driving record</li>
<li>New Hampshire Journeyman Plumber License or eligible to obtain License </li>
<li>Experience working with HVAC, Boilers, and Hydronics systems</li>
<li>Residential service and installation experience</li>
<li>Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills</li>
<li>Strong finger and Manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient of reading blueprints</li>
<li>Knowledge of HVAC equipment desired </li>
<li>EPA Universal Certification desired </li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
