Job Description
Duration: 03 months (Initially three months, with the potential for converting to a FTE based on business need, budget approval and performance)
Shift: 1st shift (7am - 3:30pm)
**Pay Rate: $18.50/hr**

<li>manufacturing experience MANDATORY (1-2 years).</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED is required.</li>
<li>Candidates with bachelor's or master's degrees are often overqualified and tend not to stay long-term.</li>
<li>Prefers candidates with manufacturing experience but is open to hiring recent high school graduates.</li>
<li>Avoids candidates with a history of frequent job changes (job hoppers).</li>
<li>Experience in similar bottling operations (e.g., Coca-Cola, Pepsi) is beneficial.</li>
<li>The position is temp-to-hire, with a 90-day contract before potential full-time employment.</li>

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Monitor functions of equipment and operate per documented procedures including maintaining operational logbooks</li>
<li>Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures, when required</li>
<li>Support material handling as necessary</li>
<li>Maintain segregation of materials and lot and or receiving numbers</li>
<li>Maintain area in a clean and orderly condition</li>
<li>Adhere to and demonstrate compliance to all company and department standard operating procedures including but not limited to: GMP, device history record, hazard communication and safety rules</li>
<li>Utilize written procedures and training to accomplish tasks noted above</li>
<li>Accept full accountability for product quality</li>
<li>Report to supervisor or management unsolved problems encountered during the workday</li>
<li>Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories and relative documentation</li>
<li>Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Machine Operator will ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing equipment according to established specifications, and standard operating procedures and work instructions.</li>
<li>An operator must demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing area.</li>
<li>He and or she must also exhibit the ability to follow instructions of supervisor while observing the quality of raw and finished goods before, during and after production.</li>
</ul>
Other information:
<ul>
<li>Candidate must be able to stand to package and label product.</li>
<li>Ensure the smooth operation of the production line. Candidate will not be responsible to run or operate the production line.</li>
<li>Support material handling as necessary. Does not required use of forklift or power jack.</li>
<li>Lifting/moving and carrying products weighing up to 20 pounds</li>
<li>Candidate supporting a closed production line. No physical contact with hazardous materials or chemicals.</li>
<li>Safety glasses, hair nets and gloves provided. Candidate must provide steel or composite shoes/boots.</li>
<li>Must be able to adhere to shift start times and with excellent attendance and punctuality.</li>
