Reporting Location: Norton, MA&nbsp;
Compensation: $38.40 / hour + 6% - 8% shift differential for applicable hours worked&nbsp; Schedule: Monday – Friday&nbsp; Start Time: 2PM to 10PM, 2nd shift Benefits: Medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, company discounts, paid vacation, and much more!

 Responsibilities:
 Skills Required:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair fleet vehicles and equipment to include planned preventive maintenance, warranty repair, and other scheduled services </li>
<li>Program and record all repair work in Trimble TMT electronic maintenance system and on company PM Cards </li>
<li>Electronically bill out parts in Trimble TMT Fleet software or company proprietary systems </li>
<li>Ensure planned preventive maintenance, warranty repair, and other scheduled services are completed daily </li>
<li>Assist in education of the Route Sales Representatives’ pre- and post-trip inspections </li>
<li>Adhere to all department policies and procedures; track all required documentation </li>
<li>Maintain work area ensuring organization and cleanliness </li>
<li>Ensure company safe work practices are always followed&nbsp;</li>

 Qualifications:
Key Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience </li>
<li>Minimum three years hands-on experience in commercial fleet repair (gas, diesel or propane accepted) </li>
<li>Accredited vocational / trade school certification preferred </li>
<li>Ability to handle physical requirements, including, but not limited to, repeated bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting up to 60 pounds in all work conditions (indoor and outdoor), with or without a reasonable accommodation </li>
<li>A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record </li>
<li>Ability to secure and maintain a CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement within specified period </li>
<li>Ability to secure and maintain T4 (airbrake) certification within specified period </li>
<li>Must possess mechanic hand-tools and toolbox for secure storage </li>
<li>Self-motivated and capable of working independently without direct supervision </li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, Electronic Diagnostic Tools, and Electronic Maintenance Database applications </li>
<li>Strong customer service and communication skills&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
