Job DescriptionAs part of the Subway® Team, you as a Manager will focus on eight main things:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Providing an excellent guest experience&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensuring that great food is prepared &amp; served</li>
<li>Keeping our restaurants functional, clean and beautiful</li>
<li>Managing inventory and money control systems</li>
<li>Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach</li>
<li>Recruiting staff</li>
<li>Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security</li>
<li>Being a team player</li>
</ul>
 In addition to the role of a Manager, key parts of your day to day will consist of:
<ul>
<li>Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members</li>
<li>Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed. Including being aware of local and national healthy and food safety codes</li>
<li>Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales</li>
<li>Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales</li>
<li>Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring restaurant is ready on every level for the beginning of a new marketing window</li>
<li>Planning special events and promotions</li>

 PREREQUISITES&nbsp;Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferredExperience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMust be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential. Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally. *You will receive training on your roles and responsibilities Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift positions vary by location
