The Town of Marlborough is seeking a part-time Land Use Board Clerk. The clerk is responsible for posting meetings and hearings, preparing agendas, minute taking, records management, and assisting members of the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment. Front Desk Superstar

<li>Manage the executive teams daily schedule, including meetings, travel arrangements, and key deadlines.</li>
<li>Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.</li>
<li>Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for meetings.</li>
<li>Handle administrative tasks, including email management and follow-ups.</li>
<li>Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and project execution.</li>
<li>Provide input on process improvements and help optimize departments.</li>
<li>Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring all interactions align company values</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:

<li>3+ years of experience in an&nbsp;Executive Assistant&nbsp;or similar administrative role.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, and project management software.</li>
