We are seeking a bus driver, for our Lisbon, NH location, to transport club members in a safe manner to and from school and club events. The bus driver also conducts thorough pre and post-trip inspections and ensures that the bus is safe, organized, clean, and meets basic sanitary standards. This is a part-time position. Duties 
<ul>
<li>Transports members and staff by driving a 15-passenger bus/van to and from school(s) and to and from special outings/field trips while adhering to driving rules and regulations. </li>
<li>Maintains the safety of the members while traveling by enforcing safety rules.</li>
<li>Maintains good communications with the Boys Girls Club administration; checking in with the Site/Branch Director daily about safety/behavioral concerns. Maintains consistent, punctual, and regular attendance.</li>
<li>Completes daily all pre-and post-trip inspections for safety and security by inspecting and documenting in BGC vehicle logs prior to locking the vehicle and completing the daily shift. Fuels and re-fuel vehicles weekly, as needed. Assists with transporting vehicles for regularly scheduled maintenance as requested.</li>

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Full-TimePhysical Therapist to provide exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes in Westwood, Dedham, Needham and Surrounding Towns. Prior home heath experience is not required and new grad Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply!! As a home health physical therapist you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to maintain their independence.

Responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Making visits to clients in their homes</li>
<li>Perform diagnostic tests and measurements, such as the mobility/range of joints, transfer status, stability, patterns and appearance of ambulation, strength and endurance of muscles, balance testing and safety assessments. </li>
<li>Develop and implement appropriate individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance and other interventions. </li>
<li>Continually assess and revise the Physical Therapy care plan and participate with nursing in the multidisciplinary care plan, as appropriate. </li>
<li>Educate and instruct clients, family members or other client representatives, in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety and independent living. </li>
<li>Accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications include:

<li>A current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts</li>
