Facilities Preventative Maintenance and Calibration Technician to operate, troubleshoot, and repair complex utility systems. This role requires expertise in systems such as WFI, RODI, Clean Steam, CIP, Autoclaves, Glassware Washers, production vessels, HVAC, Cold/Warm Rooms, electrical distribution, control systems, compressed gases, plant steam/condensate, bulk chemical distribution, and wastewater treatment.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Operate, troubleshoot, and repair complex utility systems with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on facility equipment.</li>
<li>Coordinate and communicate effectively with facilities and engineering teams.</li>
<li>Install and decommission equipment, including work under/above hoods.</li>
<li>Climb ladders and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Navigate a multi-building campus to access equipment assets.</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>5-10 years of experience in Mechanical/Maintenance within Facilities, Semi-Conductors, Chemical Plants, or Data Centers.</li>
<li>Strong mechanical skills and understanding of GMP environments. (Must have previous GMP Experience) </li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex utility systems</li>

Pay and Benefits
