Your Responsibilities

<li>Diagnose lawn and property issues such as disease, insect damage, and turf stress</li>

<li>Maintain accurate service records using a mobile device </li>
<li>Safely operate company vehicles and equipment</li>
<li>Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards</li>

Requirements:
Your Skills &amp; Experience 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical outdoor work </li>
<li>Ability to walk, stand, and work outside for extended periods</li>
<li>Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods</li>
<li>Comfortable using a mobile device and applications</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail </li>
</ul>
Nice to Haves (Not Required) 
<ul>
<li>Experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, or labor roles </li>
<li>Knowledge of plant health or turf management </li>
<li>Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator’s License ($1,500 signing bonus) </li>
</ul>
Licensing 
This role requires employees to obtain a Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator’s License after training, but you do not need one to apply. We provide:

<li>Exam coordination</li>
<li>Coverage of exam costs (up to two attempts) </li>
</ul>
This makes the Field Service Technician role ideal for candidates of all experience levels. 
 
Compensation
<ul>
<li>$20.00-$23.00 per hour for candidates without a MA Pesticide Applicator’s License and new to the lawn care industry </li>
<li>$22.00-$30.00 per hour for candidates with a MA Pesticide Applicator’s License, based on skills, experience, and certifications </li>
<li>Eligible for weekly production bonuses </li>
<li>Lucrative year-end bonus based on individual and company performance </li>
<li>$1,500.00 signing bonus for technicians who already hold a MA Pesticide Applicator’s License </li>
</ul>
Work Schedule
<ul>
<li>Full-time position, Monday through Friday</li>
<li>Overtime opportunities available </li>
<li>Some Saturday work required during peak seasons (spring &amp; fall) </li>
