Zwicker is presently seeking a Document Clerk to join our team. A document clerk is responsible for organizing, processing, and maintaining physical and digital records within the Firm. They ensure documents are accurately filed, retrieved efficiently, and comply with company policies and confidentiality standards. Their role supports smooth administrative operations and helps safeguard important information.
 
The base hourly rate for this position is $17.00 per hour. 
 
Responsibilities include
<ul>
<li>Sort, organize, scan and file documents</li>
<li>Accurately upload legal documents to various document storage locations</li>
<li>Properly record information, including ensuring account is in correct / accurate status</li>
<li>Comply with client document processing requirements through use of proprietary software</li>
<li>Comply with all applicable standard operating procedures set forth by the office</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy</li>
<li>Data entry and/or administrative experience a plus</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills, including experience in Microsoft office suite, specifically excel</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Be able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing</li>
<li>Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device</li>
<li>Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule </li>
<li>Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence</li>
</ul>
 
Physical Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Be able to lift five pounds or greater</li>
<li>Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times</li>
<li>Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed</li>
<li>Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking </li>

The Greenhouse Apartments | Back Bay, Boston
The Greenhouse, a high-rise apartment community located in Boston’s Back Bay, is seeking a dependable and experienced Carpenter &amp; General Maintenance Technician to join our on-site maintenance team.
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in their work, enjoys caring for a well-maintained building, and brings strong communication and customer service skills to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Carpentry
<ul>
<li>
Perform carpentry repairs and installations in apartment homes and common areas
</li>
<li>
Frame, hang, and repair drywall
</li>
<li>
Install and repair doors, trim, cabinets, flooring, baseboards, and hardware
</li>
<li>
Complete minor structural repairs as needed
</li>
<li>
Maintain clean, safe job sites and follow all safety procedures
</li>
<li>
Work closely with the maintenance and property management teams
</li>
<li>
Complete work orders and apartment turnover projects efficiently and on time
</li>
</ul>
General Maintenance
<ul>
<li>
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (“make-readies”)
</li>
<li>
Respond to daily maintenance requests from residents and staff
</li>
<li>
Perform routine and preventative maintenance in apartments and common areas
</li>
<li>
Complete minor repairs related to plumbing, electrical, heating systems, and carpentry
</li>
<li>
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service at all times
</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For

Strong working knowledge of apartment maintenance and turnovers
</li>
<li>
Experience with carpentry, plumbing repairs, basic electrical, and heating systems
</li>
<li>
