The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multifamily and apartment construction, with a strong background in ground-up projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with 10-15 years of work experience in the field, capable of overseeing complex construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Team Management: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of construction professionals, including junior superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors.</li>
<li>Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and communicating any potential delays to project stakeholders.</li>
<li>Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.</li>
<li>Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe work environment for all personnel on site.</li>
<li>Budget Oversight: Monitor project costs, identify potential cost overruns, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or schedule.</li>
<li>Subcontractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project timelines and quality standards.</li>
<li>Client Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>10-15 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on multifamily and apartment projects</li>
<li>Proven track record of successfully managing ground-up construction projects</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building systems, and materials specific to multifamily structures</li>
<li>Strong understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and team management skills</li>
<li>Superior problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project)</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents</li>
<li>Familiarity with structural, civil, framing, infrastructure, and concrete construction</li>
<li>OSHA 30-hour certification</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)</li>
