Maintenance Technician&nbsp;
Location: Boston&nbsp; Salary: $31.78/hour
This position is located in Boston, MA reporting directly to the Operations Manager and Vice president of Operations.
Responsibilities (include but not limited to): 
<ul>
<li>Responsible for all power washing (weather permitting) and hand cleaning, removal of graffiti, dirt, stickers, and debris for street furniture throughout the city of Boston&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for posting advertisements in JCDecaux’s terms and conditions</li>
<li>Snow and ice removal in accordance with the winter snow procedure. This may require the use of snowplows, snow blowers, and/or spreading snow melting chemicals</li>
<li>Utilize all applicable technology relevant to the job (smartphone/proprietary software)</li>
<li>Navigate, maintain, and drive company vehicles</li>
<li>Using ladders to work with heights of 10’</li>
<li>Handle, install, and position all moving materials</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of shelters using soapy water, squeegees, etc. </li>
<li>Make adjustments to advertisements inside of Ad Boxes</li>
<li>Inspection of equipment and/or structures to assure there are no problems or errors</li>
</ul>

Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY The Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor will assist in leading our maintenance team operation.&nbsp; Works closely with the Facilities and Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance procedures and projects for the hangars, terminal, and off-site government affairs buildings.&nbsp; Focusing on safety, efficiency and client satisfaction.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Supervisor, in coordination with the Manager, will verify and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and customers by OSHA and Airport Policies.&nbsp;&nbsp; Location: Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) Boston, MA Shifts: 2nd Shift 2 PM-10:30 PM ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Supervise high-skilled and general maintenance technicians.</li>
<li>Train and lead team members in preventive maintenance and repairs. </li>
<li>Under the Manager’s direction, establish priorities daily for all facilities maintenance requests and adjust schedules to meet regular and emergency demand.</li>
<li>Assist the Manager implement work order schedules and maximize usage of available capacity and resources along with daily office operations.</li>
<li>Conduct daily facility inspections to identify necessary repairs.</li>
<li>Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections and tasks according to maintenance schedules.</li>
<li>Diagnose other equipment issues and assist in the diagnosis of process-related problems through collaborative teamwork.</li>
<li>Perform seasonal snow and ice removal duties including shoveling walkways, applying de-icing agents, and operating snow blowers or plows as needed.</li>
<li>Use computer-based CMMS system to create and closeout work orders with data including labor hours, equipment, maintenance, and parts used.</li>
<li>Available to work flexible hours.</li>
<li>Available for an assigned emergency on-call schedule.</li>
<li>Keeps workspace neat, clean and free of clutter.</li>
<li>Understand and comply with OSHA, Safety and PPE requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure before and after work photos are captured.</li>
