This position is forty hours a week with rotation of On-call emergencies after hours and weekends if necessary.

Position Summary

In drafting and updating security post orders, assisting the security team in "all-hands-on-deck' situations and cultivating relationships with our valued client base, the Operations Manager aims to deliver unparalleled customer service to meet contractual obligations and exceed client expectations.
Performing in cross-departmental design, the Operations Manager aligns with fellow staff, branch teams and functional leaders to foster best practices that are compliant with federal/state regulations and respectful of our company policies and protocols, committing to the integrity of our Arrow mission to provide an exceptional client experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manages 4,000+ contract hours</li>
<li>Handles scheduling of assigned security staff as congruent with client needs</li>
<li>Trains, mentors and supports uniformed security officers</li>
<li>Liaison with client and coordinate communication of operations, through an effective and responsive approach</li>
<li>Provides exceptional customer service</li>
<li>Effectively manages people and costs while ensuring contract compliance</li>
<li>Drafts and updates security post orders</li>
<li>Drives operational accountability</li>
<li>Perform unannounced inspections/visit client sites</li>
<li>Other tasks as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
<ul>
<li>Must have 2 years' experience in managing security operations or accounts</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team setting and structured environment, following strict processes</li>
<li>Must be flexible in availability to tend to accounts when needed</li>
<li>Ability to work in high pressure situations with firm deadlines</li>
<li>Working knowledge of WinTeam &amp; eHub platforms preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications</li>
<li>Must have Valid Driver's License</li>
</ul>
Compensation range- $50,000- $65,000 annually + car allowance and gas reimbursement.
