The Property Book Technician serves as a technical expert and direct liaison to facility coordinators who adjusts, corrects, transfers, and recovers equipment to resolve logistical problems, issues and directives. Works in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of the Army (DA), regulations, directives, and policies that relate to Supply and property accountability. Conducts Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) inspections annually. Direct liaison with facility coordinators to monitor requests within CSS (Customer Support System), Initiate Financial Liability Investigation for Property Loss (FLIPL), conduct facility inventories, and maintain proper accountability of property during facility closures. 
 
Essential Functions:

<li>Designated a Sub-Hand Receipt Holder (SHRH).</li>
<li>Protect the equipment under their control from loss, theft, or damage.</li>

<li>Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while maintaining a professional demeanor.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe any unusual conditions.</li>
<li>Document and report observations, incidents, and/or suspicious activity according to site protocols.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with site staff and Allied Universal team members to address concerns and support the overall security-related needs of the location.</li>
<li>Remain alert and attentive to the environment, adapting to changing conditions typical of a tech, media, or telecom facility.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.</li>
<li>CPR certification is preferred.</li>
<li>Access control or badge experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Customer service experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
<li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li>
