Key Responsibilities

<li>Shift set up and planning through the use of effective communication, shift-planning sheets and regular updates with the Floating Supervisor.</li>
<li>Maintaining program scheduling and ensuring staffing ratios are adequate at all times.</li>
<li>Monitor substance counts, medication ordering, posting and verifying of medications.</li>
<li>Monitoring of money counts, petty cash and check requests with the oversight of the Program Coordinator.</li>
<li>Work with the program coordinator to hire, onboard, and train new employees.</li>
<li>Monitor daily tracking for medications, ISP goal tracking, behavior tracking, and mobility exercise.</li>
<li>Ensure that all medical appointments, therapies, visiting nurse appointments and community dates are met.</li>

<li>Operate and maintain a variety of commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, and power tools to support infrastructure, grounds, and seasonal operations such as snow removal, pothole repair, clean-up efforts, and community events</li>
<li>Conduct basic inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs on vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation</li>
<li>Perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, climbing, bending, prolonged standing, and working in varying weather conditions</li>
<li>Complete work orders and accurately track time, equipment usage, materials, and supplies</li>
<li>Monitor conditions in the field and proactively communicate maintenance issues, risks, and recommended solutions to management</li>
<li>Maintain accountability for assigned tools, equipment, and materials </li>
<li>Perform related duties as assigned </li>
</ul>
 
What Were Looking For
<ul>
<li>510 years of proven experience in facilities, roads, grounds, utilities, or building maintenance (or a combination thereof)</li>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Valid Massachusetts Class B Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with air brake endorsement</li>
<li>Valid Massachusetts Class 1C, 2B, and Hoisting Engineers License </li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of heavy equipment and commercial vehicles</li>
<li>Ability to respond to emergencies and work in varying weather and environmental conditions</li>
<li>Understanding of and commitment to workplace concepts related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-oppression</li>
<li>Preferred license or certification in a municipal specialty such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical, or a related trade</li>

All licensed techs are supplied with a company vehicle to take home and head straight to the site most days.
 Job Requirements and Responsibilities
- Performing routine Testing and Inspections of fire alarm, fire pump, and sprinklers
- Identify and correct code violations
