<li>Providing excellent customer service to residents, guests and staff.</li>
<li>Communicating and collaborating with local emergency service when required.</li>

 Requirements :

<li>Be on-time. Be in uniform. Be a professional.</li>
<li>Prior Military or Law Enforcement experience preferred, willing to train the right people.</li>
<li>Must possess an active MA LTC</li>
<li>Must own&nbsp;the equipment to conceal carry or open carry.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass an annual firearms qualification.</li>
<li>Able to attend required training in Natick, MA and Holliston, MA.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal&nbsp;communication skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Vigilant, observant and detail oriented&nbsp;</li>
<li>Self-disciplined.</li>
<li>Ability to de-escalate conflict.</li>
