Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
<ul>
<li>Two years of college with 18 credits in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation or a related field; and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity in a childcare program or related field of work.</li>
</ul>

<li>An Associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation or a related field; and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity in a childcare program or related field of work. </li>

<li>A New York State Children’s Program Administrator Credential; and two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity in a childcare program or related field of work.</li>

What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Monitor and manage communications for the location, dispatching appropriate personnel in response to incidents and/or emergencies.</li>
<li>Receive and document incoming calls, requests, and reports related to security-related matters within the healthcare environment.</li>
<li>Coordinate with on-site personnel to relay information and instructions during critical situations.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing site-specific policies and procedures as directed by Allied Universal and location management.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch activity, incidents, and communications.</li>
<li>Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from staff, visitors, and/or patients regarding security-related matters.</li>
<li>Support emergency response activities by communicating with first responders and internal teams as needed.</li>
<li>Conduct regular checks of communication equipment to help to deter service interruptions and maintain readiness.</li>

Minimum Requirements:

<li>Possess a college degree.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
