OVERVIEW
Performs a wide variety of administrative, research and other support and clerical duties in support of security, facilities and purchasing, in conformance with the Bank’s policies and procedures. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Review the fraudulent debit and ATM card chargeback transactions. Assist in logging all fraud disputes, review reports. Monitor Identifi for in-house debit card disputes, review and process. </li>
<li>Manage the debit card compromised card notifications in conformance with the bank's procedures. Log compromised card notifications, send letters, reissue cards, hot cards as needed, and notify bank personnel of compromised card lists. Review compromised card logs against fraud logs for patterns. </li>
<li>Act as liaison with FISERV pertaining to debit card transactions and fraudulent activity. </li>
<li>Review video footage at the request of branches or law enforcement. </li>
<li>Assist employees with supply requisitions. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. Order bank supplies. Maintain supply inventory in an organized manner. </li>
<li>Coordinate courier services for entire bank in coordination with AVP-Security &amp; Facilities Administrator. </li>
<li>In conjunction with the manager, assist in oversight and administration of all Bank properties, supplies and promotional items. Works closely with vendors, contractors and government agencies. </li>
<li>Work with vendors including but not limited to general cleaning and maintenance, HVAC, security systems, materials, equipment, landscaping, etc. Coordinate all vendors for necessary repairs and or new installations. </li>
<li>Implement ongoing maintenance plans to keep facilities in good shape. </li>
<li>Perform related and unrelated duties as may be required. </li>

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. Attention to detail. Must be able to use various office equipment including PCs with Microsoft Office programs. Travel to various bank locations required.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Syner-G is seeking a Facilities Engineer with experience in the management, execution, and day-to-day support of building and plant operations, including labs, manufacturing plants, utilities, equipment, and systems. The ideal candidate will perform routine inspections, maintain documented records, and be on-call for emergencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and GMPs. Effective communication and collaboration with various departments are essential to meet the facility's needs and quickly resolve any issues. 
SHIFT: M-F 2pm-10pm.
WORK LOCATION: 
Travel to client sites may be required up to 100%, based on project demands and client expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
(This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.)

<li>Schedule, coordinate, and oversee outside service providers for routine CM and PM Program tasks provided under building, system, or equipment maintenance contracts. </li>
<li>Support verification and maintenance with PIDs, HVAC, electrical, one-lines, and process flow diagrams (PFDs). </li>
<li>Ensure all Corrective Maintenance and Preventative Maintenance Program tasks are completed and documented properly according to policies and procedures. </li>
<li>Perform, schedule, coordinate, and oversee emergency troubleshooting and repair on various HVAC, mechanical, utility systems, and lab and manufacturing equipment (GxP and non-GxP). </li>
<li>Perform routine inspections of equipment and facility utilities to identify any issues before they become major problems, looking for signs of wear, leaks, or any abnormalities. </li>
<li>Maintain documented records of inspections, preventative maintenance activities, and any repairs following approved SOPs and Work Instructions to ensure compliance, audits, and tracking the overall state of the facility, utilities, and equipment. </li>
<li>Respond to alarms and emergencies, such as equipment failures or power outages, with a clear understanding of the facility's emergency response procedures. </li>
<li>Work closely with other departments, such as engineering, manufacturing, quality control, and research and development, ensuring effective communication to meet the facility's needs. </li>
<li>Troubleshoot systems to quickly identify and resolve issues. </li>
<li>Monitor freezers and other critical equipment to ensure proper operation.</li>
<li>Maintain regular communication with the Manufacturing (MFG) team to address facility-related needs.</li>
<li>Replace solvent recyclers as needed to support lab processes.</li>
<li>Manage and supervise environmental waste in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.</li>
<li>Provide detailed shift turnover reports at the end of each night to ensure team continuity.</li>
<li>Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively with minimal oversight. </li>
